This website is dedicated exclusively to presenting the café, restaurant and wine bar Le Jardin by Château Jasson, and to online table booking (hereinafter the "Site").

Intellectual property

The Site as a whole, and each of its components (including texts, diagrams, site structure, software, animations, images, photographs, illustrations, videos, graphic or editorial representations, logos, etc.), are works protected by the French Intellectual Property Code and by any other applicable international legislation.

Le Jardin by Château Jasson alone is entitled (directly or through licences or authorisations) to use the components of the Site, its domain names, trademarks, designs, etc., as well as the images and editorial content reproduced on it.

Any use of all or part of the Site, in particular by downloading, reproduction, transmission, representation or distribution for purposes other than personal, private and non-commercial consultation and use by the visitor, is strictly prohibited. Any breach of these provisions exposes its author to the penalties provided for by the Intellectual Property Code, in particular for copyright and trademark infringement, and by the Civil Code with regard to civil liability.

Creating any hyperlink to any of the pages or components of the Site is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Le Jardin by Château Jasson, which may be revoked at any time. Content, websites or other media linking to the Site or any of its components are not under the control of Le Jardin by Château Jasson, which accordingly declines all responsibility (including editorial) for access to such sites and their content.

Availability of the Site

Le Jardin by Château Jasson endeavours, as far as possible, to keep the Site permanently accessible, but is under no obligation to do so. Access to the Site may therefore be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or updates, or for any other reason, notably technical or editorial, without prior notice to visitors, and Le Jardin by Château Jasson cannot be held liable for the consequences of such interruptions towards visitors or any third party.

Mediation

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, both parties will seek an amicable solution.
